Cowboys & Sequins

Hello Loves!!
First and foremost, I would like to wish my handsome husband Happy Birthday!!
Where ever you are, I hope you are keeping warm and cozy!! It has been crazy cold this week. Let’s get to the real reason for this post, my booties. So I was perusing the Zara website when I stumbled upon these cuties that were originally $129 and guess what? they were on sale for $39.99, talk about a steal! my kind of deal. I was so excited about these booties that I went straight to the mall to get it. I really couldn’t wait for the shipping and all that jazz. How cute are these booties? They are so different from any shoes in my closet. I feel like I could wear them with anything! Today, I knew I wanted to pair with something unusual. Who thinks of pairing sequins and cowboy booties? oh, me! LOL. I remember stating in an earlier post on the fact that fashion rules are meant to be broken and that’s exactly what I feel with this outfit. Breaking all the rules. What are some fashion rules you enjoy breaking? Until next time!

Plaid-ing Away

 Hello loves!!
I am back!! As always I hope you had a fabulous weekend. I bear a little bit of a bad news, turns out we will not be doing the giveaway today however, we will be doing it starting next week. Promise!
Ok, How lovely is this skirt. You already know I am all about color. When my sister showed me this skirt she had gotten from the thrift store, I immediately fell in love. Luckily after a few months, she no longer wanted it! so guess who bought it from her? Me!! I love everything about this skirt, the material is very sturdy but flowy, the colors are vibrant and the A-line topped it off for me. There is sooo much I can do with this skirt and I am very excited about it. I decided to pair it with a lavender button down shirt and orange pumps & belt. why orange? you ask. Well orange was the only color missing from the skirt and I felt that it complimented the outfit better. Thank you for reading and leave me your thoughts on the outfit. Until Next time!

New Year Glitter & Gold

 Hello Loves!!
Happy New Year!!! To my faithful readers, I hope this new year brings you everything you’ve ever wanted. The first post of the year!! I am so excited to see what this new year will bring for the new year. I have some exciting new that I cannot wait to share with you!! I have Partnered up with my good friend Silvia, owner of Red Hue Boutique to give away some goodies to my loyal readers!!! more details to come next week.
I know it’s winter and most people tend to go the dark color route, not me! I believe in fashion, rules are meant to be broken, that’s where the fun lies. I am so in love with my School boy blazer from J.crew and I knew I wanted the whole outfit to pop and I popped the color for the two tone effect. I feel preppy chic in this outfit. I decided to ‘girlify’ it by adding the bow belt and the black glitter pumps from Zara. I’d love to hear your thoughts on this outfit in the comment section. Until next time. Thank you for reading.
